Admission Details

Eligibility
Students who have passed 10+2 level with minimum 50% marks from any Board recognized by Jadavpur University in India or abroad.   

Selection Process
Selection of the students for admission to the programme will be done on the basis of merit and personal interviews conducted by a selection committee at the Institute.

Fee Structure

Semester Fee Rs. 21,000/- per semester
( Payable at the begining of each semester )
Admission Fee Rs. 25,000/-
( Payable at the time of admission )
LRC (Library) Fee 10,000/- ( Payable at the time of admission in the first year and Rs. 5000/- at the begining of the each semester thereafter from the third semester onwoards )
Security Deposit Rs. 5,000/- } at the time of admission.
Total Fee Rs. 61,000/-

Rules of Payment
Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.  The security deposit due either when a students opts out of the course or on completion of the course, as the case may be, is however refundable on request.

Any loss incurred by way of damage of books and property of the institution will be adjusted against the Security Deposit before determining the refund to the students.

Semester fee must be paid by 10th of the payable month.  A late fee of Rs.100/- will be charged from the 11th – 20th of the month.  From the 21st to the end of the month – Rs.10/- per day will be charged.  Thereafter a readmission fee of Rs.2,500/- will be charged.

Examination fees to be paid to the University               Rs.75/- per Paper
Grade Card                                                                          Rs. 50/- per Student
Project submission fees (in Sixth Semester)               Rs.1500/- per Student



Application Form
The application form for U.G. Course can be obtained from the office at 1 Moira Street, Kolkata 17, in the month of May-June. Look for advertisements in leading daily newspapers in the city from the month of April.
